One portal, four simple steps

1. Step 1

   Introduction

   Create a free account with your contact info and your dog's basics, then book a 15-minute introductory call. We'll talk about your dog's needs and whether I'm the right fit.

   Available right away.

2. Step 2

   Meet-and-greet

   After our call, I'll unlock an in-person visit at your home. You'll share your address, unit, parking, and arrival instructions, plus a short pre-screening questionnaire. We'll walk through routines, equipment, and access together.

   Unlocks after I approve moving forward from our call.

3. Step 3

   Onboarding

   Complete your dog's care profile, upload vaccination records, and review and sign the care documents — safety standards, service agreement, emergency vet authorization, and home access. You can start these before the meet-and-greet and save your progress anytime.

   Most items unlock after our call.

4. Step 4

   Approved for care

   Once the meet-and-greet is done and your documents are approved, I'll give final approval. Then you can book walks and visits, message me, and receive a Paw Report — with photos and notes — after every visit.
