Privacy

I collect only what I need to care for your dog safely: your contact details, your dog’s care profile and records, your home address and arrival instructions, booking history, messages, and Paw Reports.

How it’s protected

• Your account is private to your household. Other clients can never see your information.
• Home address and access notes are encrypted and never included in email or text notifications.
• I never ask you to type lockbox codes, alarm codes, or passwords into the website.
• Uploaded documents and photos are stored privately and only shown to you and me.
• Location data is removed from photos you upload.

Texts and email

Email is used for booking confirmations, calendar invitations, and reminders. Text reminders are optional and only sent if you opt in; reply STOP anytime.

Your choices

You can download a copy of your information from your portal settings, and ask me to close your account. Photo and marketing permissions are separate, optional choices you control.

Payments

If you pay by card, payment is handled by a payment processor. Card numbers are never stored on this website.
